Evans International Homes Ltd are Coventry and Warwickshire's fully-independent overseas property consultants, for your safe and secure way to purchase overseas.

Gary and Tony Evans began purchasing property for investment purposes in 1993. To date they have purchased property in the U.K, Spain and Portugal and over the years have advised hundreds of people in the area of property investment.

Gary spent 17 years as a financial advisor in the U.K. and many of his clients have now become property investors with his help. Many of the current overseas properties offered by Evans International Homes Ltd, have been hand selected by Gary and Tony after much research being completed.

We believe opportunities still exist in the U.K. and overseas, it is simply a matter of knowing where to look and which research to conduct.

Evans international Homes Ltd was set up in January 2005 to offer new clients the opportunity of using our experience and services to locate the right properties at the right price.
