Be Safe Not Sorry!
We would recommend you fully understand the high importance of the following before making a commitment to purchase a property overseas, which if ignored could result in a loss of all monies paid out by you. Therefore for a safe and secure purchase each time please understand the following:

Building Licence

In the UK this means planning permission to build.
We would suggest you do not purchase a property unless a full building licence is in place. Your legal representative should confirm this to you before you pay any monies.
Please note: All of our developments have a building licence in place

Bank Guarantee

By having a bank guarantee in place this will protect your deposit. It acts as a form of an insurance policy.
Not all builders/developers offer a Bank Guarantee, you may be able to purchase one separately, again your legal representative can advise you on this matter.

Independant Lawyer

You must have the choice of a U.K based solicitor or independent overseas lawyer each time to act in your interests not the builders.
WARNING  It is in your own interests to choose an independant lawyer who is not working on behalf of the builder/developer.
